Strategic Planning
From vision to roadmaps for programs, products or marketing, I have supported teams as a strategic planner and/or business advisor since 2015.
I got my start in the nonprofit sector leading capacity building initiatives for organizations of all sizes and issue areas.
As director of New Mexico’s lead capacity building organization from 2016-2018, I expanded our footprint through intentional relationship-building, invitations to collaborate and community listening.
There I initiated steps towards a merger, without which the organization I was leading would have closed. This effort required incredible fortitude and trust-building.
In 2018, I started my business, Mariposa Strategies, on a foundation of strategic planning and project management. I have facilitated hundreds of people and dozens of complex planning sessions for nonprofit and philanthropy organizations, and businesses around the country.
I’m open to contract or staff opportunities to support your strategic priorities.
