Program & Project Management
Few things are more gratifying than being a part of projects from nascent idea to fruition.
I have developed and led programs; and managed projects of all shapes and sizes — from tech to physical products, I bring an obsessive eye for detail to UI, UX and the practical realities of the team executing the project.
I use Asana and Monday.com and have onboarded and trained teams on both. I have experience with Zapier, Converkit, Microsoft 365, Slack, Figma, Miro, and familiarity with Trello, Basecamp, ClickUp, Airtable and Notion.
My first project management role was in 2015 with a website migration that involved developing the charter, managing the scope, WBS, plan, resources and working directly with the vendors and internal team.
From 2016-2018, I managed several internal process improvement projects and a large, multi-stakeholder project. The latter involved multiple departments, external partners (over 50 consultants, vendors and politicians), an internal team, each step from charter to post-mortem, and responsibilities like fundraising, publicity, design oversight and editing. View case study.
In 2019, I managed a complex, multi-stakeholder technology integration between two tech companies (one global and one national), five nonprofit teams and several consultants.
From 2019-present, I have managed every program and project from creative to technical with Mariposa Strategies.
I’m in search of contract or staff opportunities managing a program or projects.
